AUTHOR'S INTRODUCTION
This is a haunted wood, where the unreal merges with emotions and takes shape: joy, fear, hope and pain are embodied in animals and ghosts, immersed in sweet, sad or distressing landscapes.
The first poem dates back to 1972, when I was about to turn 16 and one after the other, I collected a sufficient collection for a publication.
The decision to gather the best lyrics and bring them to light was opposed internally, because I feared they were misinterpreted.
Surely the style and taste that characterizes them is original: the titles almost never present the arguments of the verses, but they act as a key for those who violate giving a logical interpretation.
Not all poems are easy to understand, but I think it is insignificant to discover the rational meaning of each metaphor and explain its content: it is fundamental instead to live these images and feel them as one's own.
